When you place an order, Marshy Sweet collects the contact, order, fulfillment, and address information needed to prepare your order and contact you about it.

If you sign in, you can choose to save checkout contact details, a delivery address, and favorite products. Orders placed on this website while signed in are linked to your account so you can view their details and status. Guest orders are not automatically linked to an account.

We do not sell customer information. Card details are handled by the connected payment provider and is not stored by Marshy Sweet. We keep order records only as needed for customer service, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
